When any of these are lacking in our lives we might feel an emptiness, or longing for the missing piece. There may be other things that are important to you that you would like to add. Everyone is different so each list will be a little different. I can remember a time when I was lacking in several of the above and it causes negative emotions to fill our time. negativity creates stress and stress creates an unhealthy lifestyle.
Take a moment to make your own list of things that make you happy,I mean really happy. If any are missing, work on what it would take to get it. Priority’s are important, know what is special to you and make that happen. If you are not sure how….get advice from someone you trust and can give you the information that you are searching for.
Don’t go through life being wishy-washy about important things. Know what you want, then go get it. If you are uncertain, take the time to gather your real desires and do not let others decide for you. listen to your inner voice, trust it and know who you are.
Life may throw us a curve ball sometimes and it sends us into a tailspin, but when the dust settles, take inventory of your well-being and have the courage to begin again. It’s easy to say this and to know this…..but much harder to put into action. Just remember, you are your own best friend, take care of yourself because in the end, it’s just you. No matter how much you depend on others for your security and happiness…….it’s just you. Security can be gone in an instant and the person that is bringing you happiness can be gone in an instant.
It’s just you…..
